Does anyone know what causes this to pop up every time I open a new IM?

Do you have a firewall like Kerio or Tiny blocking scripts?

No, I have AntiVir Guard and I tried turning off my firewall and antivirus and I still get the error. I just got a new hard drive and I have been getting this problem since I re-installed everything.

Then not sure, i have disabled WSH so i never see that problem on my computer, try resetting your internet explorer options to default everything, including security zones and advanced options

WSH is Windows Security something I believe. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

I guess I stumped everyone

i would say uninstall and reinstall to see if it stops. maybe a registry error or some script got deleted by mistake.
