XP login after coming out of suspend?

I have an older dell laptop running XP pro that I just reinstalled windows on. Every time I resume the machine from suspend it makes me log in again with name and password. How do I make it quit doing that?

Control Panel and double click Power Options.
In Power Options, click on the Advanced tab.
Remove the check mark from the box next to "Prompt for password
when computer resumes from standby". ?
