I purchased a NEO2 Plat. board (used) and XP-90(used), I am trying to mount the HSF but the bracket is not correct. I have a retail A64 3000+ Venice which I installed the stock HSF and it worked fine. The Bracket that is on the board does not have the clips that attach to the clips on the XP-90. The Bracket that I received with the XP-90 does not have screw holes the attach to the backplate under the board. Is there a place to buy one or am I just overlooking something? Any help would be great.
 
Sounds like you got the wrong bracket with the xp-90 then. I just unscrewed the 2 screws there were on my stock bracket, used the 2 screws that came with the xp-90 with the bracket that came with it, screwed it down, that was it. And then clipping on the xp-90 was a breeze, easiest clip-on HSF ever.

I have purchased two of the XP series an XP-120 and XP-90C. The XP-120 only came with A64 mounting bracket (which has no backplate and uses the stock MB plate). The XP-90C I had came with brackets for both p4 and a64. Did you get the original box? They mark it on the side.
 
No box, is there somewhere I can buy one of those? I have searched a ton of places but no luck. I will also buy from anyone here if they have it. Thanks.
 
Contact Thermalright, they sell all the replacement parts that you could possibly need.
 
since i'm using it for my P4, i think i have this bracket as extra... need to go back home to check on it.

I'll give it for free if i still have it ;)
 
Thqat would be great ocphangaz, let me know. I appreciate the help on this, I was about to buy a new and not mess with it anymore. Once again, the [H] is great.

do you want the box too? it comes with 80mm fan bracket, manual and a syringe of thermalright thermal paste.. it's kinda taking up space in my room
