Well I've ordered from them a couple of times before, and they seemed to have pretty good customer service and products, but I was just wondering what you all thought about them. I havn't heard anything about them on the forums, but even though they don't have that much stuff, it's very well organized and a nice site.

ive ordered from them a couple of times for some random stuff. My recent order was a keyboard and a func mousepad. The mousepad had definatley been used before :(

Generally good service. I have not had problems with them before. However, their prices are on the high side in comparison to places like frozencpu, coolerguys, and sometimes even directron.

I check there once or twice a week. I think every friday they have a 1 hour sale. You can pick up stuff you dont need anyway for cheap during that sale.

Otherwise I check for thier sale items. Occasionally they have great deals.

i just ordered an xconnect from them, I'm happy with everything, no problems.. the only thing i found odd is the confirmation email they sent me after I placed the order was really f'ed up.. it looked like all the info like my address started on the right side and wrapped around to the left side of the email.. not exactly professional but not that big a deal anyway

I purchased a couple of items from them they shipped quickly and seemed fine. their price on a thermalright XP90c was about cheapest around at the time.

Im happy with them, I ordered 5 computer blue-led computer fans for $3.00 once.

I might also try to save up for there lcd carrying bag from them. :)

Everyone's prices are low compared to FrozenCPU. They may have the biggest stock in modding products on the web, but I have not ever seen anything there that is cheaper than anything you can find on svc, voyeurmods, xoxide, or sharka.

My first order with xoxide was a complete failure. I've ordered several times from them again with no problems at all. They seemed to have cleaned up their act (2003) and I sometimes get random products there.

i ordered a bunch of red led fans from them awhile ago, and shipping was fast and everything worked out fine.

I ordered my friend a case for his b-day from them and when it got here here was a huge crack down the middle. Even though it was probably a shipping error, they still are sending him a new one. So yeh, I do think they are a good company, and have a great selection.

ive orderd from them 3 or 4 times... everything has been fine. on the last order they said i had earned 20 "xpoints" or something and they emailed me a $25 gift cert. so im happy :D

I have ordered from them quite a bit...and they have been very good to me... they only messed one order. I got a Y-splitter instead of a 20 to 24 pin adapter cable... that pissed me right off, because it stopped my machine build for a day, had to go to Frys for an adapter, but they sent me the right cable and let me keep the other one... those were for my X-connect PSU... beefy cables. Anyways... people make mistakes, and they were extremely nice out getting me the right cable, etc... solid place to order from I say. plus out of state for me so no tax. :)

They've always been good to me. Ordered a case last year, when it got here, it looked like the ups driver had used it for a step stool, or maybe it had dropped off the conveyor belt..... dropped like 20 FEET off the conveyor belt!!

I called 'em up, they said no problem, and had another one shipped out the next working day. When I asked what they wanted me to do with the old case, the girl I spoke with told me to hold onto it for 2 weeks, then do with it what I wanted. Why 2 weeks? In case the ups claims inspector wanted to look at it. Had the replacement case within a week, and they even double-boxed it to make sure that one made it here without damage, with no additional charge. :D

I consider them great just for that sort of customer service. Shoot, not even newegg will tell you to keep the damaged case, they'd want you to spend $10+ to ship it back to them, so they could sell it as a "refurb".

On a related note I guess, does anyone have any experience with the "3D Edge" slot cooler they sell? Its the slot cooler with 3 fans that you can adjust to your needs?

I've ordered from Xioxide several times... they're a great website, especially considering the fact that they probably don't have much volume (with the niche market they cater to). I would like to point out, though, that before Ballz started being sold at places like Walmart, I had ordered a case from them and had several broken bottles... never could get ahold of their customer service for a replacement.

Also, their ordering system seems a bit buggy at times... the first time I ordered from them, I received another person's order by mistake (mine came as well, but it was the fact that I received some random LED light things that another person had ordered). Also one time I placed an order and it said it went through, and a week later nothing... had to reorder because apparently it lied to me about the whole "going through" part...

Oh yeah, that'd be the one downside about Xioxode... UPS. I've ordered well over 100 different boxes of items from NewEgg, so perhaps I'm just spoil-rotten from the love FedEx gives it's shipments, but I think UPS is just ghetto and needs to die...

ive ordered from them a couple times...got 2 hdd silencers (5.25" adapters), 1 didnt come with the rubber padding on it so they shipped me out another one free of charge.
then i ordered my Super-Flower 550w psu from them as well....

no problems with them at all, i only order things that are on sale through them though, otherwise the prices are too high.

Why do you think the name is pronouced "OOOPS"?

I needed a new PS so I caught the Memorial Day sale I belive, or something bought a PS for 10 bucks 15 shipped ordred it sunday at around 5 oclock. It came Tuesday morning at 9.

Im going to be ordering some stuff for a new system I am building exclusivly from them since I like fast service, they are ok in my book.

My xoxide experience was iffy. I guess I was just used to getting my stuff the very next day (with standard shipping) from newegg. It took a little over a week for my package to arrive, but it was shipped via USPS, so that could be a factor. Needless to say, I haven't orderd anything else from xoxide.

Actually, since I order watercooling stuffs, frozencpu stuffs can be cheaper than other places. For example, I just bought a waterchill kit for $214 that was at least $30 more anywhere else. The most popular kit that costs $285 (out of order) can be as high as $350 some place else. The smaller stuffs and their hardware (PS etc..) can be steeper in price.

Ordered my TT Tsunami and PSU from XOXIDE. Came fast, even though I only paid for regular shipping as I was gathering parts for a build, and time was not an issue. No problems
from them or UPS. My experience with them could be considered as good as mine with Newegg...which is great.

xoxide was 2 months late on even getting my computer shipped! it was supposed to be my xmas presant and it didnt come in till feb 13th. it was a lian li warrior with some blue led lights and stuff.... i HATE xoxide and there tech support!

I love Xoxide.com. I've been using them ever since I discovered their website on google. They have sales all the time on Case modding equipment which is great for me considering the # of computers I build with Cold Cathodes and LED fans and crap :p.
