first off i've been reading these forums for a while now and have been trying to figure out this whole xfi and nforce problem that i have. it seems to me that most poeple have problems with cracking noises or whatnot but my problem is more like it just freezes my entire computer. here are my system specs:
-all new drivers updated-
AMD 3200 Venice S939
MSI K8N Neo2 Plat.
PC3200 2x512MB OCZ Platinum Rev 2's
BFG 6800GT OC AGP
whenever i play games like cs:source, madden07, nwn2, everything is fine. the problem kicks in when i play company of heros or the supreme commander beta. everything just locks up on my computer. i use to be able to play company of heros fine before i installed the xfi plat. that is why i think there is an issue with the xfi and my nforce3. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
