[GlobalFear]

I have an old dead xbox that I turned into a keychain.....don't ask. But the hdd s still good. Since I attacked the xbox with a holesaw the eeprom is gone. (thing that has the pass) So I need to unlock the hdd so I can use it as a hdd in Windows.

Already done and, we should NOT be mentioning that site here for wellknown reasons.

in a perversion of all common sense and reason
it is indeed illegal to format a HDD

defeating the Xbox protection encryption to allow you to format the HDD violates the DMCA

however while you cant ask that here, the information is readily available elsewhere
