XBMC Channels (like Roku?)

Is there something similar to the free channels you can get on a Roku for XBMC? I've found a few via google but nothing to match it.

I did, but do i need to add each channel individually? i was hoping for a more ... centralized approach =)

Ah, yeah, in that case, you'll have to manually install whatever apps/channels you might want. but once you install them, they will be centrally located I guess that's the difference between a free program and a paid device. But I'm with you; would be nice to have a more roku like layout (maybe there is a skin available?).
