old news :) and it probably won't be called x900 anyways...since they "shouyld" follow thier naming scheme :) 7xxx 8xxx 9xxx Xxxx and the name should be new :) like XIxxx lol
 
Interesting line-up. If the 32-pipe rumour is true then these specs look like they could be true. Although there has been some anti-32 pipe sentiment from people who are supposedly well connected in the industry. Only thing I'm thinking is that no way the top-end cards are going to be forced to carry 512MB RAM. 256MB versions would probably have about equal performance and cost much less. ATi would have to either price those in the stratosphere or make a loss on each sale to compete with a 256MB GTX.

10 vertex shaders would shock me.
512mb listed only on the XT/PE wont be true unless the 32pipe yields are so bad they did it so as to save time to do 24/32 512 XT/PE.

I have seen that on other places as well and one site, that I can't link to as they have some illegal cracks, had a good article about the card with the same specs and all but said it was not official. I wouldn't be surprised if they are true though :D

If you look at the last card in the list...it says 110nm low-k bei TSMC...which doesn't exist...TSMC doesn't have a 110nm process that uses low-k...so this is definitely fake...

Still that does not disprove this or prove it. It simply sites either a user error or a typo from the author.

It contributes to a lack of believability...first off it's some random post from some random dude in a non-english speaking country.

Do you really believe that ATi has finalized clock speeds yet? They won't do that till after the G70 launch...just like they did with NV40...

Like I said before...it can't be fact because ATi won't finalize this info till Nvidia does with G70...
