X800XL temps?

My AGP X800XL can only O/C to 410/525 with an Arctic Silencer. I was under the impression that these cards had a temp sensor on them. ATI Tool does not display the temps. So my basic question is, Does it have one or not? I am close to trying a volt mod on this thing to try and get some more out of her but want to see the temps first. TIA!

well, if you havent, open atitool. click settings (bottom right corner) then select temp monitoring from the first drop down at the top. If "measure card temperature" is unchecked, check it. if it is checked, then your card (for some odd reason) doesnt have one (mine does).

edit- just saw its the agp version, so i dunno if those have them (pci-e does)
 
My X800XL has never gone over 55C with the Arctic Silencer installed, so I doubt it's temps that are holding you back, especially considering it'll get up near 80C with the stock heat sink.
 
My X800XL OC's just fine, 450+/550+(1100 MHz) respectively with stock cooling.
No artifacts. Temp. hits about 70°C.
