x800pro to xt problem..

Wow that was easy! Thanks to all!!

My ati x800 pro is now a x800 xt pe..or so it says

running at core 535 and mem 573...

But i have a problem though.....cataylst wont run, it says the "Application failed to intaialise (0xc0000135) click or to terminate...

As well as this i dont have any ati options in display properties > settings > advanced, just the usual general monitor etc...

Im worried can u guys help me?

So far i have reinstalled drivers to newest ones not betas, reinstalled pc...scratched my head..

pleeeeeaaaasssseee help me....

my card is an ati pro regular ati not gigabyte or such...and im told it has 1.6 samsung ram and it does have the audio connector, so im sure its a pro vivo....and well the bios flashed worked..

Try running the ATI driver uninstall utility and reinstall with some older drivers.
 
Are u still on the xt bios or did you switch back to the pro bios.

I had the same problem, it wouldnt recognize the card...anything. It said i didnt have a VC but of course i did.

I switched back to the pro BIOS and used ATI tool to bring it up to XT speeds, and it works fine to this day.
