If I am not mistaken doesn't sapphire make all of ATI's cards. ATI just brands them with thier stickers? That would explain how they are selling them cheaper.
 
for some reason the pci-express cards are cheaper than the AGP cards by about 80-90$. Something must be different between these boards, although they probably perform the same.
