X800 Pro TOXIC ???

That is a good deal on a toxic. The toxics are really nice, mostly because of their cooling solutions. Over at Pricewatch retail versions are selling for more than $475.00.

The cheapest retail X800 Pro AGP card on Pricewatch was $392.00 including shipping.

6800gt is a much better choice, outpreforms then X800pro in most all situations

comment on the X800Pro toxic .. not what do you think is better ... if that was the case the x800 xt pe would be a better choice .. so is the Ultra ,,

on topic: They have the ATI4 silencer installed on them so they exhaust hot air out of the back of the case .. They might even o/c and you can bios flash them to PE

That cooling solution on the card the op limked looks like the reference X800. The feature on that card is the vivo.......hello xt-pe.

The picture shown isn't even a Sapphire, they are using a stock picture of a referrence ATI 800pro VIVO card. Make sure, if you order this that you get the toxic card which is VIVO, and with a AT4 silencer cooler. This is an average price for this type of card. I would just get a retail VIVO and put a silencer on it myself.

You could then softmod the X800Pro to an X800XT PE which outperforms a 6800GT

yea, to me that card looks like a vivo ati branded x800pro, but none the less the x800 pro, imo is a good upgrade if you have anything below a 9800pro.
