You may try to catch a sale from the B&M stores. Otherwise go online. Last week I got the BBA X1900GT for $219 from BestBuy. Now its back up to $299

They only have one in stock and it's $300

You can get a X1900XT 256 for less than that.

The cards released by ATi seem to always have a higher spread with respect to pricing. The BBATI ones are usually a ripoff anyways. Hopefully newegg will get other brands in (Sapphire, powercolor, gecube, diamond, HIS) that hit that $200 price point.

The price gouging is terrible.
The card isn't worth near $300.
