x1800master, automatic clock configuration

Hello,

I now have a x1800mastercard (wanted a x1900aiw but its end of life and doesn't ship (belgium) anymore) and ive run the automatic clock configuration utility in the driver (7.4) and it sets my clocks to gpu:688mhz and memory:792mhz.
I did not do anything else like changing volt or so.
It gets about 92°c and i wonder if i may continue to use the card like that (settings) and be sure it will absolutly not damage the card?

a main problem would be the stock cooler and the fact it operates at low rpm. you should get a new cooler from Arctic cooling (X2) or Zalman (vf900) an use some other app like ati tray tools or atitool to configure fan speed by hand.
 
I can hear the fan constantly (depending how hot it gets) shifting up higher rpm 3-4 stadia.
I dont want to change the cooler for the moment.
 
what you hear is the fan at about 35% fan speed, you can always up the speed of the stock fan if the heat bothers you, but i dont think you'd like what you'd hear, thats why i recomended an after market cooler
 
Will the card speed up its fan higher dan 35% automatic if it's getting even warmer this summer? Noice i dont mind, in summer i even put a normal ventilator blowing strait in my case ;) (have 4 standard case-fans, lianli pc65 case)
