Does the X-Qpack have enough clearance around the 120mm fan mount for a Black Ice Xtreme 120mm radiator?
 
Yes and no.

yes it does, no because youw ill need to space it about 1-2Cm form the back of the case to allow the case to close.
 
so in short...no.
