I bought it about 2 months ago, worked fine for the first 3 weeks, now it wont play my music at a consistent volume level. It will lower it self and then back to normall. I've formatted my computer 3 times, disabled onboard sound card in BIOS, re-installed/uninstalled the drivers, and the problem still remains.
Anyone know what might be the problem, I'm using the Logitech z-5500 system, and i've heard about there being a "night mode" option which lowers the bass, etc, so maybe it could be that? The thing is i dont know how to enable it, i cant seem to find it.
Does the overheating of a video card affect the performance of the sound card, the slots are very close to each other, and my 8800 GTS 640mb overheats a lot when gaming.
