x-fi vista install

[apple2gs]

hi all i got a quick question i have an x-fi xtrememusic and i need to install the vista drivers
do i install the drivers off the cd then install the vista driver?

The drivers on the CD are for older OS's. You need to dowload and install Vista drivers.
You may also need ALchemy if you want to play older EAX games.

hey thanks for the reply do the vita drivers come with the audio consol?

Don't use a X-fi, most driver updates only come with the Audio Console though. Good luck.

The drivers available from CL include Audio Console, for the extra software you need to download the leaked 'youp-pax' suite.

Windows Update also recognizes the X-Fi and installs signed drivers, but the console is not included.
