would you guys recooment these?

ill be running a amd 1.6 , geforce 6600gt agp 712ddr
 
Pass on it. Better choices all around.

Does your board have the 2x2 P4 connector, for cpu power?
 
na just a basic board , no oc or anything. basiclly for internet and World of warcraft,maybe a few others , nothing heavy.what do you recommend?
 
Actually for that setup it's fine.

But if you wanted something for a heavier system/higher quality then there are better choices.

I do like the modular design though, and sometimes they go on sale so it's definitely a good buy.
 
It depends on which revision X-Connect it is. The very first version was an abysmal PSU, but the current versions aren't too bad at all. You can definately find better though.
 
ALL the X-connects are made by youngyear. I think..

I'd pass on them altogether.
