WTB/WTTF: Rackmount server and PC2100 ECC DDR ram

I am looking for a medium prices 1U/2U rack mount server. Prefer dual processor but may look at others.

I am also in need of 2-sticks of registered ECC PC2100 DDR ram sticks. Prefer 2X256MB crucial sticks but may look at other well known brands. No generic please.
