WTB: P5PE-VM or equivalent

I'm looking for an Asus P5PE-VM, or equivalent. So that I don't waste anybodies time/effort, I can buy it at a local store for ~$60. I'm looking to save some money, obviously..

By equivalent, I mean.. It must be s775 that can take C2D, and DDR (not DDR2). Also important, but not critical, gigabit ethernet (if not, it must have at least 3 PCI slots, but 4 would be better). I can handle PCI-E video, but it will depend on the specifics.
