My mate is having some weird probs with his system. This is what he posted on the pclincs forums:

"right im fairly new to overclocking but seem to be ok until today.i
was just on surfing then net and suddenly i lost my connection .anway i was looking at wcpu and realised the fsb and multi dident equal the clock. i had it at 202 *11.5 which is 2323 and today its been reading 2222 so i was confused so i went into the bios and checked and its all ok in there 202 and 11.5, but at boot where it sais clock its saying 2222 and what ever i change the multi too or fsb its all wrong but its ok on *10

plz can u help im pretty pissed off i cant figure it out can u ?

I guess the XP2600s are like the locked XP2500s, are you sure you've ever had 2323? My XP2500 is locked and setting it to 11.5x does nothing, it will run at 11x mulitplier. In fact, the only thing I can do to effectively change the multiplier is to set it to 10x, save in the BIOS which makes the system hang and when I power off and on the ASUS post reporter tells me that my 'System failed due to CPU overclocking'.

the cpu has been at 2323. only recently has my mate noticed that the speed has changed. do you think it might have something to do with the bios???
