Would this be decent boxen memory?

128mb isn't really enough anymore... and 256 is cutting it close. the best deal i've seen is the 1gb (2x512mb) sticks for ~$80. $40 each for memory for 2 boxen. better $/mb too. (4x capacity for ~3x price)
