Are you talking normal usage or are you talking about hardware testing?
 
What I mean is that if your going to utilize software to stress the hardware to it's max limits then no. If your going to expect it to cool properly at the normal things you do such as games, office, etc. then it will do fine.
 
Stock GTX's will put out about 150w of heat.
A c2q at 3.0 should put out about 150w of heat.

I doubt you'd be able to get good enough temperatures (100% load) with your fans at 5v.
 
who said 5v? i use a fan controller.
what about 2x 120mm black ice rads and a dual black ice rad?
 
oops, sorry, so 4 black ice rads manage it all in gamin etc (high stress)?
