Ever since I have reinstalled windows and put a new hard drive in, I keep getting errors when trying to run some games and programs. It says that there are "WMI Application Errors"

One of the files is C:\DOCUME~1\RYANSA~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER8.tmp.dir00\appcompat.txt?????

WTF?
