Wireless router n cards

So I'm going to give HTPC another shot, last time i failed cause the wireless card n router i bought were either trash or i just didnt know what we were doing. I need 1 router and 2 cards (HTPC and one for wives comp) The router must have ethernet connection so I can hook my comp straight into it.

Now here is the tricky part. We have a $100 amex gift card and a $75 Bestbuy giftcard. I want a router/card that will allow the HTPC to play stuff like hulu n netflix online without issue or stalls. The card for my wives computer doesnt have to be great. All she does is browse net and her PC will be within 10 feet of the router.
