Sorry if I put this in the wrong forum, but its kind of a general hardware/console/ maybe software problem.
I just got a wireless Logitech ps2 controller. I have a ps/n64 to usb converter. http://www.raidentech.com/pl2ps2psxni6.html
When I plug just the converter in (without the rf receiver), win xp instantly recognizes it as a 4 axis 16 button joystick. Then, when I plug the rf receiver into the ps controller port on the adapter, the controller and receiver never see each other. Plugging the rf receiver into the adapter first and then plugging the adapter into the computer gets the same results. Does anyone know if getting a straight thru ps to usb only adapter might work? Or even a diy ps to parallel adapter?
Or am I stuck with a nice ps2 only wireless controller?
Any suggestions or links would be helpful.
Thank you
