I got a Linksys wireless-g game adapter for use with PS2s network adapter. So I follow the directions, plug the ethernet cable into the adapter and my router's rj45 port (also tried my computer's rj45 port), plug in the power, insert the setup disc, and run setup...it searches for the game adapter, and can't find it. What am I doing wrong? Here's some links to linksys's support - http://linksys.custhelp.com/cgi-bin...3BhZ2U9MSZwX3NlYXJjaF90ZXh0PXdnYTU0Zw**&p_li= , http://linksys.custhelp.com/cgi-bin...3BhZ2U9MSZwX3NlYXJjaF90ZXh0PXdnYTU0Zw**&p_li= . Not sure that they'll be much help.

I've been messing with this forever now, and can't get my computer or the setup to see it. Thanks a ton for any help.

are you using a cross-over cable? or a pass-through cable?

Keep on Folding!!

Mmmmm...don't have it with me right here, but it's the one that came with the adapter.

is the game adapter looking for an IP from your router? (you have/need to have DHCP set up?)....

Keep on Folding!!

I don't think it is looking for an IP. If I understand the directions, that's done later.
