i just bought a barton 2500, and when i unrar a huge file with winrar, my cpu usage is at 90-100 percent, also it goes pretty slow 700 meg file = about 8 minutes, and my pc gets really laggy, is this normal.

I used to have a athlon 2100 and i think it went faster than this
