Windows Update Nagging

Windows update is nagging me to restartevery two minutes or something. Is there a service to stop or a process to kill? or something else mabye?

Go to run--->services.msc---->set automatic updates to manual.
Or go to Automatic Updates in the Control Panel, and disable them, or just set them to notify when updates are available.

Maybe he has information in memory that he doesn't want to lose, and would rather not restart until he's finished. I do that a lot
