Windows Restarts on startup...(sorry for off topic =( )

Like i said, sorry for the off-topic, but i really need help..or else im going out the window =). Ok ya...i just built my new system and when it loads up, it goes to the windows screen and the little bar starts going and right when it reaches the end the comp restarts...is this a common problem? is something terribly wrong? who knows? i need help.

Sounds like windows is hosed. 1. Try safemode. 2. Run memtest.

3. Could be the power supply. Check the rails in the bios. You got +12v, +5v, +3.3v... a little less than said values will be ok, jumping values will crash the machine. I had a cheapie do this.
