Windows on raid block, or extra ide drive?

I dont want to but windows on the same drive as all of my programs, and im going to have 2 ide drives and 2 sata drives in raid0. Should i install windows on my 30 or 60 gig ide drive and use the raided block for data, or can i just put everything on the raid block?
 
If anyone can even provide opinions on which method works best it would really help.
 
there is barely any performance gain in raid0. look back, anandtech posted a review.

install windows to the 30 and games to the 60.
