Windows hide my HDD!?

I got new mb (Asus P5B Deluxe). I got my primary hdd connected on SATA port and I connect my old IDE on the one and only IDE port on the motherboard. The port is controlled from iMicron controller (as I understand). When the pc starts, after the bios the screen says that I have 2 hdds connected. In windows, it automaticly installs drivers for the hdd (you know, that pnp thingi that does when you insert new hdd) and then I don't see the ide disk in my computer. There is the disk in Device Manager but not in the my computer. Its the same in Windows Vista and XP. Any thoughts?

Does it show up in Disk Management? Start->run->"diskmgmt.msc" in XP.
