I have new laptop with Nvidia K2100 and the 32inch Dell 4K monitor.
At any setting except the one right before the largest on the Smaller/Larger slider under change size of all items which is at
Control Panel->All Control Panel items -> Display

things are very blurry. The only setting that is sharp is the recommended size which is one less than the largest. At that setting things are very sharp and beautiful but it gives me about the same desktop space of a 1440p monitor not 4K.

Any one know why?
 
Exactly which laptop do you have? Does it have a DisplayPort 1.2 port?

It is a Dell Precision M4800 with K2100M, 4930mx, 32gig ram and Dual 512ssd's on Raid 0. Both the laptop and the docking station has DP1.2....
