windows 7 slow down? why?

i have a fairly good pc. my specs are 240gb ssd samsung evo, intel xeon 1230v2 and supermicro motherboard, 16gb ram supercolor 8770 tihietian edition, and over 15tb harddrive connected to raid card and 2x hp zr30w. my question is when my system is fill with files and folder it tend to slow down. i mean when the whole screen thats 2560x1600 fill with folders(not icons) it tend to slow down. but when i organized everything in one folder it sped up agian. is there any settings i can do to prevent the pc from slowing down? i have folders and files fill up to my second monitors now.

Seriously, you'll get more help if your request makes use of stuff like capitalization and proper formatting. These things make reading easier on the eyes and lets us know you value a proper response because you spent a minute composing a well written question.
