Hey guys,
I have a 21" Dell P1130 Crt Monitor and I play counter-strike at 640 res with 100 Hz. My problem is, I use to use Refresh Lock for my old Windows Vista and my desktop would be at 1280 res at 85hz and when I turned on Counter-strike at 640 res it would automatically switch the refresh rate from 85 to 100. I now use Windows 7 Pro and my Refresh Lock program won't work. I was wondering if there are any new programs available similar to Refresh Lock. I have a Radeon 5870 and the CCC sucks.
