Performing clean install of windows 10, install all other drivers, and as soon as I install nvidia's drivers, either 353.62 or 353.30. explorer is no longer running. The nvidia driver install complete dialog is minimized and it can only be closed. Device manager, command windows, control panel all start minimized and can only be closed. Rebooting the pc results in black screen with mouse cursor.
At the black screen, pressing ctrl then the password results in login but explorer is not running, i think, because device mgr, control panel, command window start minimized and can only be closed or pinned. Saw a registery change to HKLM\software\microsoft\windowsnt\winlogin\shell from blank to explorer.exe, but I cannot get registry editor to start.
