Alright...maybe today, tomorrow, sometime soon I'll be doing a window mod on my Lian Li PC-A05B side panel and I need some tips. I'm not going to have any edge molding on the edges of the window part of the panel, so I need to know how to make straight edges on a side panel and on the corners rounded edges. Should I use a nibbler, dremel or saw for the straight edges? Also, I'll need to make these small square cuts into the aluminum in order to fasten the window on to the alumnium, the square cuts need to be 1/4 in.. what tool should i use to do this?

I'll post pics of my work and such, as soon as I get the tools :D .

ADDED: What should i use to draw on black aluminum? (I was thinking of like a white crayon or colored pencil)

Tape it off with wide masking tape and then draw your lines on that with a sharp pencil. The masking tape will cut down on scratches when you cut it.
