ok, how would I set it up for a P4 folding box with the GPU clients (11&14) set to high, affinity to all cores (2) and CPU client (old fashioned one) to below normal?

Also, think its worth my time to try to notfred on it? I'll screw with it tomorrow, but mainly I need to know how to set up WIN AFC so I can set it and forget it. Just trying to crack that 30k barrier, SOOOOO close, Im at 27 now...

you would set it up the exact same way you setup on a quad core.. winafc should give you the names of the real core and the virtual core... when you get it setup come in the irc channel and we will try to help ya get it going..

Like sirmonkey said, just set it up the same way you would set up any other box. As for whether or not you should try notfred's, that really depends on the specs. I folded on a Pentium D 915 for a while before I upgraded the CPU to a C2D and it kicked out about 700-800PPD (I don't remember if that was in Windows or Linux though), so if your chip is somewhat fast, you should be able to get a decent number of points out of it.
