By which do you mean? Which build (7000, 7057, 7100 or RC) or which edition (Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate)? 64-bit or 32-bit?
Also a little more info on the AMD processor would be helpful.
To play it safe, I would get the 32-bit Windows 7 RC that was released just a couple of days ago and install the Ultimate edition to test drive everything.
