AMD 3700x stock, so in the power options in the control panel which is better suited? AMD Ryzen High Performance or High Performance?

use the ryzen one, both will keep you cpu at full speed all the time but the ryzen has the scheduler tweeks, iirc.

go to Power & Sleep / Additional Power Settings and choose AMD Ryzen Balanced. I'm running Windows 10 Home and it doesn't show AMD Ryzen High Performance or High Performance
