Will this work? Also, recommendation?

So I'm getting ready to put together a new mITX system with these components:

SG05 (case): http://www.silverstonetek.com/products/p_contents.php?pno=sg05&area=usa
Zotac GeForce 9300 ITX (motherboard): http://www.zotacusa.com/zotac-geforce-gf9300-d-e-itx-wifi-lga-775-mini-itx-intel-motherboard.html
Intel Core2Quad Q9550s (processor): http://processorfinder.intel.com/details.aspx?sSpec=SLGAE[
RAM: 8GB DDR2 (two 4GB sticks)
Western Digital 300GB VelociRaptor (hard drive): http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.asp?DriveID=459
SilverStone SOD01 (slim SATA DVD burner): http://www.silverstonetek.com/products/p_contents.php?pno=SOD01
Cooler Master GeminII heatsink (passive cooling)
Single 120mm intake fan

Depending on the PSU:
GTX260 Core 216
or
GTS250

The SG05 comes with an 80+ 300W PSU. Will that be enough to power all of the above w/ the GTX260 Core 216?

I'd really like to use the GTX260 Core 216. Since I'm running two 1920x1200 resolution monitors. If the SG05's stock PSU isn't enough, I'm looking at trying this PSU:
http://www.silenx.com/ixtremapropsus.asp?sku=ixm-40-14

Should I even bother w/ this SilenX PSU since it's not 80+ certified? I know people around here hate SilenX, but this is the highest capacity SFX PSU I could find that's also "modular" which would help alot in this small, cramped system.

Well as you probably know, your system is nearly what the designers had in mind for the SG05 and its PSU. The question mainly becomes that does the GTX260 use more power than a HD 4850 (which was used in the PSU selection)? If it does, then it's probably too much.

I've been looking at that and some places show that the GTX260 uses more power while others show that the HD4850 uses more power.

A 55nm GTX260 has comparable power consumption to a 4850, so you should be good with that PSU although you'll be cutting it a bit close.

The 55nm GTX260s are the ones with the bare back-sides right? My GTX260-216 has the full cover that covers the front and back of the PCB.

Well, I suppose it's probably pretty even then. You could give it a try, according to tests the PSU should shutdown "gracefully" when overloaded rather than explode if it does get overloaded :D I guess you also could try the 350W SFX Seasonic if it seems you need just a bit more juice, and it should be of higher quality than the SilenX (given Seasonic's reputation in general, haven't read too many reviews on the SFX model).

Ok so what about his video card?

Gigabyte GV-N250OC-1GI Rev. 2.0
http://www.gigabyte.us/Products/VGA/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=3115

Gigabyte says the card needs:
*Minimum 450W or greater system power supply (with a minimum 12V current rating of 24A)*

The SG05's PSU has:

Combined +12V: 22A / 264W

+12V1
Max A.: 14A
Peak A.: 19A

+12V2
Max A.: 16A
Peak A.: 19A

Is this card still too much (assuming I keep all the other components I listed in the first post)?

Others have ran GTS250s just fine with the standard PSU. The minimum PSU power suggested by component manufacturers is often quite retarded, like the ASUS Ion mobo's manual suggested a minimum of 450W PSU according to a post @ the SFF forum. Hardly makes sense.

Yeah, I've seen all the posts about the GTS250 being the card to use in the SG05. Just looking at the specs. Gigabyte shows for this GTS250, it looked like it would be too much for the SG05.
