Will This Stable My OC?

They don't make much, if any, real difference. If you get them, the main advantage would be looks. They might help a little bit if you run ram at very high voltages though.
 
Does your ram seem to be running extremely hot? What voltage are you running your ram at? Those ram coolers can only help in very rare situations, and even then they only help a bit.
 
If your ram is hot to the touch, put a fan on them. I wouldn't go with any heatspreaders as they're simply more decoration than function. Your ram usually won't be hot to the touch though unless as stated you're running them at high voltages. I ran my ram at 3.2v @ 284fsb and the heatspreaders were only warm, nothing an extra fan would help with really.

Yeah. Lots of audiophiles do this with their speakers. See this site, for example.

I'm trying to mod a Shakti Stone for my SATA cables; I'm sure it will improve throughput, once I get it to fit right.

ummm...yeah...ok. When I put money on top of my speakers, the only thing I hear is the damn change falling on the floor from being vibrated off.

If the physics and electromagnetics of such a thing can be put into theorum and proven, then I'll believe it. I come from the "Show Me" state...and that just don't apply to women's boobs either.

:EDIT: ok, did some googling and either they actually do something, or it's a self hypnotic effect in which you "think" things are really getting better when they aren't. (like telling someone they're drinking something with alcohol in it when it's actually water and they end up getting "drunk" anyway).

Or when you spend $40,000 for something when the rest of your friends have spent $1,000, and you're sure you can hear a difference.

Or if you're like me... you're the guy that spent $200, and you know you can hear the difference from the $1000, but don't care. :)
