Will the following PSU be able to run my system or will I need one more powerful?

Just to recap, it's 2 GB of RAM and 2 7800GTX's, which is why I ask is this gona be enough power?

Once again... yes.

The 7800's really don't take that much more power than a 6800 Ultra and the RAM is putting a minimal load on your 3.3V and/or 5V rail. Furthermore, dual-cores haven't been documented as requiring any more juice than a single core Athlon 64.
