Will this heatsink fit?

You should have no problem whatosever with that combination. That heatsink with it's raised tower design eliminates conflicts with caps, etc. Even the Thermalright xp-120 will fit that board with its big wingspan. The case is classic 601 design with loads of room everywhere. Rock on
 
Should fit, but you can get a much better cooler for the money. The Big Typhoon is a much better choice if you want to stick to Thermaltake.
