Will this case provide good cooling?

Thats an antec case with a 480Watt power supply, I'm going to put this stuff in it.

X2 - 4200+ (for 11x Mult)
2GB Gskill value ram (don't care about ram timings much)
Video card, eather 7900GTX or X1900XT(X)
Epox or Asus Mobo
320GB Western Digital Hard Drive
Lite-On DVD-RW

So will it cool adequetly, I'm planing to overclock the cpu to 2.4Ghz or maby more, and don't want anything going crazy on me.

Definitely, but you might wanna install some quiet 80mm fans in the front to balance the airflow out a little bit.

Anyways, I'll probably be able to fit in 6 in there, should get some nice airflow going, I really want to order my parts now but I will stick to my plan of waiting till the 7900GTX is reviewed so I don't order the wrong motherboard, depending if I want sli or crossfire.
