I am planning on watercooling my Q6600 when it gets here, and I want to know if these parts will be sufficient. Sorry for another "will these work" thread but I am on a budget and want to make damn sure I don't buy the wrong parts.
D-tek Fuzion
Swiftech MCR320 (2x)
Swiftech MCRES-Micro
dB-1 Compact 12v Pump
My biggest concern is the pump.. Will it push enough water to overcome the resistance of 2 320's and the D-tek? If I put on a GPU block for the next Nvidia series full cover blocks that will inevitably be released will it still have enough power? I am adapting another cheapo ATX case and attaching it to the underside of my current case and routing the tubing through the two to achieve a 100% contained loop. Will a few feet of tubing also cause problems?
Also, I plan on ordering these before I go on vacation for a week. Does anyone have any experience with petra's or Jabtech and how long it takes to ship out their parts?
