Will overclocking RAM affect overclocked CPU?

I have settled on a 4.6ghz, 1.352v 2500k Sandybridge. Wanting to start work on overclocking, or reduce timing of my Corsair Vengeance 8gb 9-9-9-24 2T 1600mhz 1.50v.

Will changing the RAM affect the stability of my CPU overclocking? And if there is an effect, what? Thanks

If the ram is unstable then the system is unstable and vice versa or both can be unstable, that's about it. The system will just fail stability tests if either or both are unstable. Usually running prime on blend will let you know where your error/instability is.
