I just bought a Lenovo Think Pad, Type 0319-3SU Product ID 03193SU.

I want to replace the installed 500 GB HD with WD blue 500 GB SSD 5000LPCX. Will it work?
 
As long as you're replacing a SATA drive with a SATA drive, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
