will it be neccesary to cool my card?

im building a new computer and im going to water cool and i know i can cool my card for an extra $45-50. is it neccessary?

AMD 2800+Barton (i got an unlocked one)
Radeon 9600 i bought this card

im building my own watercooling system and im about to by my block of off d-tec i knoticed they have this VGA cooler for 43+ two more tubes is will make 46.
is it worth it?
do i need it?

You shouldn't need watercooling for a 9600, as they run pretty cool anyway. Unless you're taking it to the uber-extreme or want total silence, I'd add a fan and ramsinks only.

Agreed, personally, watercooling video cards is a PITA. Especially if you volt mod/tweak it often
