I was just fiddling around and went into my Device Manager and spotted the Enable command queuing option.

Will enabling that do anything to increase performance? Is that option related to the NCQ I've been hearing about. My specs are in sig.
 
That referes to tagged command queing, which is slightly different than native command queing. Should help performance a little though.
